Groups consist of 15 or more paid participants. For every 15 paid, you
are entitled to one
free Lift Ticket and 1 free Lesson.

Each person renting ski or snowboard equipment is required to leave a
$10.00 cash or credit card deposit.
Wilmot Mountain Ski Rental Packages include
Shaped skis with LOOK Bindings, Easy Entry Boots, and Poles. |

| WHAT DO I DO AS A GROUP LEADER? |
- Call Wilmot Mountain Group Sales at (262)862-2301 OR email
group sales to reserve your
date. Please call between 9 A.M. and 4 P.M. M-F
- Please have the following information when calling or you
can fill out the information
online. When you call please have the following information:
- Name of Group
- Name, address, phone number and email address of Group Leader
- Time of arrival
- Approximate number of Lift Tickets, Rentals, Lessons,
Method of payment.
Cash, Check, or Charge Card
- Written confirmation or email
confirmation will follow. (If we do not contact you within 48
hours please contact us by email or phone.)
- Group Sales will call
prior to your trip to confirm your numbers.
- Day of trip:
- Leave group members on your bus.
- Group leader or chaperon check in
at Ski School desk to secure lift/lesson/rental tickets and payment.
Payment must be made as one payment for the group check, cash or credit card.
- Take group to rental for equipment.
- Have fun, but be safe!
